Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our shop, add your favorites to your cart, and check out! You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at rootedvinesllc@gmail.com if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to help!

How do I know my order went through?

You'll receive a confirmation email right after placing your order. Check your spam folder if you don't see it!

Do you offer preorders?

Occasionally, yes! When we know something special is coming, we may open preorders so you can secure your item before it officially drops. Preorder timelines will always be clearly listed on the product page. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook @RootedVinesLLC so you never miss an announcement!

What about waitlists?

If an item sells out, we may open a waitlist depending on demand. Join the waitlist and we'll notify you if it becomes available again. No guarantees, but we'll always do our best!

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. After that, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Select the Local Pickup option at checkout. We'll reach out once your order is ready.

Will I get a tracking number?

Absolutely! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. See our full Shipping & Returns Policy for details.

How do I start a return?

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes! We do our best to accommodate exchanges, but please keep in mind that our collections are released in limited drops, so we can't always guarantee your size will still be available. Reach out to us as soon as possible at rootedvinesllc@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do!

Are your products handmade?

Some items are handmade or designed by us, while others are carefully sourced from small businesses, Christian-owned brands, and fellow moms whose values align with the heart of Rooted Vines.

Why do items sell out so fast?

We release our collections in limited drops, which means quantities are intentionally small. Once something is gone, it may not come back! Follow us on Instagram and Facebook @RootedVinesLLC and sign up for our emails to be the first to know about new drops.
